Below you can find info on all of the MMJ Certification Clinics in our Cannafriends Network! The current AZ state fee is $150 which you will pay in addition to the price listed by the referral clinic, unless you are on SNAP in which case the state fee is $75 dollars.

You can expect to pay $99 to get certified with MedCare Clinic ($249 after state fee, or $174 for SNAP recipients)
If you are a Veteran, MedCare clinic will take $10 off their office fee.

Arizona Green Life offers to beat anyone’s advertised price by $5 and, provide special discounts (in excess) of your total card costs in free medication from our partner dispensaries.
If you are a Veteran, Arizona Green Life will take 10% off their office fee.
